Choreographer | Teacher | Creative Director

Bre Sterling's teaching style is a game changer. Her classes are intense, detailed, and precise, incorporating popping and footwork with a focus on unwavering intensity and breath control. Bre has created a unique class structure that incorporates a "simon-says freestyle" instead of traditional cardio exercises, allowing students to be present and add their own flair to their movements. With constant repetition, auditory cues, and constructive corrections, Bre's students develop their memory, footwork, and traveling abilities while feeling the rhythm of the music in their bodies. Bre's ultimate goal is to make her students not just better dancers, but better movers that can take direction well. Bre has worked with countless students, and her impactful teaching style has helped them grow in ways they never thought possible.
